Awning Will Not Retract

Does the awning motor make any sound when you press retract?

Is the awning crooked, binding, or under wind load?

Is 12-volt power weak elsewhere in the RV?

Does the wind sensor or auto-retract system seem involved?

Is the awning stuck open in wind, rain, or unsafe conditions?
